How to Get Your BeReal Data

Follow these simple steps to request and download your BeReal data dump.

iOS Instructions

  1. Open BeReal and go to Settings
  2. Tap on Help
  3. Select Contact Us
  4. Choose Report a Problem
  5. Tap on Other
  6. Select Still need help?
  7. Tap 'Select a topic' and choose 'I'd like to request a copy of my data'
  8. Fill in the required fields
  9. Tap 'Send'

Android Instructions

  1. Open BeReal and go to Settings
  2. Tap on Help
  3. Select Contact us
  4. Choose Ask a Question
  5. Tap Troubleshooting
  6. Select Other
  7. Tap Contact us
  8. Choose 'I'd like to request a copy of my data'
  9. Fill in the required fields
  10. Tap 'Send'

What to Expect

After submitting your request, BeReal will process it and send you a support message containing a download link to a zip file with your data.

Processing Time: This process typically takes a few days. Be patient and keep an eye on your email for the download link.

Next Steps: Once you receive your data, come back to WasReal and upload the zip file to start exploring and exporting your memories!
